What a beautiful day Sunday was! The Sun shone and the detecting gods smiled down. Gold, yes Gold in the form of a small ring found by Leon, congratulations to him. We had a total of 4 Hammered coins, milled silver and copper coinage, a fib and lots of other interesting finds. But 'Find of the Day' must go to Ricardo (Rich) Giles for his beautiful Dagger Pommel. We all look forward to hearing more about that Pommel as it passes to the FLO. Well saved Rich!
