Who thinks there should be a pub next to every dig we do? Very welcome it was too in that heat! Sweltering! A few nice finds, Greg had a lovely William III sixpence love token but this time the detail on the coin was still there! There was a silver George V 1916 threepence and some copper up too, including a nice Victorian Farthing.

Find of the Day without doubt goes to Izaak Richardson for saving a lovely Pilgrims Ampule. A real 'bucket lister' and a stunning artefact. Well done Izaak!
